I particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers. The promise and excitement surrounding a first time home buyer is energizing. Above all, it is rewarding to have helped make someone's dream come true whether it is purchasing a first home or moving on to a 2nd or 3rd home. The hope in developing this web site is to assist  individuals new and returning to the market by providing insights and tips I have gained over the years working in real estate.  The goal of the site is to share simple information and help buyers and sellers get on the right track to home ownership or if selling; how to get the best price. One thing to consider when house hunting or thinking of selling your home is to make sure you are comfortable with the financial environment: "What's my payment" if buying and "What is my house worth" if selling.
